....Because of Jill's wonderful service orientation and true kindness and consideration for us, what started off as a simple request turned into a planned trip to Florida to tour some homes to get a better understanding of this particular area....Jill met us bright and early on our first day and we toured nearly every part of St. Lucie & Martin County......Jill did a great job of not only arranging for a full schedule of home visits and the coordination and timing of pulling that off, but also had a cooler full of ice cold water and beverages to keep us refreshed in the hot Florida sun......

........Jill asked if she could show us a home that was not on our list but she thought would work well for us on what she had heard from us on the other homes that we visited, As we drove to this particular area we were excited about the location but had no idea how perfect this home would end up being for us. When we got to the home and toured it, my wife said to me "this is not at all what we thought we were looking for, but it's absolutely perfect for us".........

 But the story does not end there. For the most part, someone might say that this is what a realtor is supposed to do. But Jill did not stop there. Because it is a second home for us, Jill found us a wonderful person to watch over the home for us when we can't be around and also found a designer who is working with my wife to help furnish the home......

And the story still goes on. About a month after we purchased the home.  Hurricane Frances followed by Hurricane Charles swept into Florida.  Jill was kind enough to keep us posted on the condition of our home as well as our community and made us feel comfortable that we had a friend to help watch our new home......

Jill was not only extremely professional and conscientious, but her true kindness and consideration transformed her from "Real Estate Agent" to a friend.  On behalf of myself and our whole family, we are honored to recommend Jill not only for your real estate needs, but more so for helping you find a place that you too can call HOME.  Good luck to you in your home search and Thanks Jill.

I would like to take this opportunity to recognize the fine work and
professional service demonstrated by one of your associates, Ms. Jill A.
Abrams. 

Jill listened carefully to our desires in regard to neighborhood, type
of home and price range; she provided many options that where perfectly
in line with what we had outlined right from the start and made herself
available at any time in the event we needed information or were
interested in viewing a home.

Her attention to detail, thoroughness and professionalism comforted us
both and led to us locating our new home very efficiently.

Lastly, after closing, my wife and I headed to our former home to
prepare to move. As we drove, I asked my wife if she had made sure that
we had signed up and provided deposits to our new water company, which
she had inadvertently forgotten. We called Jill for nothing more but the
phone number for the water company; she told us that she would ride down
to the water company; sign us up and write a personal check to cover the
deposit until we were able to return from our move.

I have never, ever, had the pleasure of working with a person that
understood the true meaning of service over and above the call of duty.
Considering the fact that the deal was closed and her check was in the
bank, Jill demonstrated character that far exceeded our expectation; she
is a true star in your organization.

Our move was a pleasurable experience for one reason; her name is Jill
